Gulf Takaful Insurance Company will hold its extraordinary general assembly meeting on Wednesday, November 20, 2024, to discuss approval of increasing the authorized, issued and paid-up capital from an amount of 10 million dinars to 20 million Kuwaiti dinars, by 10 million, with a nominal value of 100 Fils per share, a cash increase paid in installments allocated to current shareholders registered in the company's records until the extraordinary general assembly is held, with the Board of Directors authorized to set controls, rules and conditions for calling up capital.

It also discussed the approval of amending Article No. (6) of the Articles of incorporation and Article No. (7) of its Articles of Association to become as follows: 

- The company’s capital has been set at KWD 20,000,000 (twenty million Kuwaiti dinars) distributed over 200,000,000 shares, all of which are in cash, and the paid-up amount is KWD 10,000,000 (ten million Kuwaiti dinars) distributed over 100,000,000 shares, all of which are in cash.
