The extraordinary General Assembly of  Al Arabia Educational Enterprises Company, held on Sunday, November 3, 2024, approved amending Article (5) of the Articles of incorporation and Article (4) of its Articles of Association to become as follows:

- Managing private university colleges.
- Managing private universities.
- Opening and establishing private institutes.
- Establishing companies or participating in them with others to implement the company's work.
- Owning real estate and movable property for the benefit of the company.
- Investing financial surpluses in financial portfolios in financial portfolios by investing them in financial portfolios managed by specialized companies and entities.
- Selling and buying shares and bonds on behalf of the company.

The company shall directly carry out the activities in the State of Kuwait and abroad, either as an original or by proxy.
The company may have an interest or participate in any way with entities that carry out activities similar to its activities or that assist it in achieving its objectives in Kuwait or abroad, and it may establish, participate, or purchase such entities or affiliate them with it.
