Watani Investments Company announced that it has obtained a license as an automated investment advisor registered with the Capital Markets Authority (CMA), after the company met all the conditions and requirements.

Thus, " Watani Investments " is one of the first companies that the Authority approved to be registered to provide financial technology services based on securities in Kuwait. 

This achievement comes to enhance the company's position in the investment sector in the State of Kuwait, and its role in developing the financial technology sector, based on the company's record in providing automated investment services to thousands of clients through its "Smart Wealth" platform.

The company believes that providing digital solutions is not just a future trend, but a present reality that the sector and investment service providers must adopt to maintain their position in the eyes of clients.

On this occasion, the company's Deputy CEO Fahad Al-Rashid Al-Badr said: "The Authority's licensing of the company to provide the automated investment advisor service, is an important achievement not only for the company, but for the investment sector in Kuwait in general, and enables us to better meet the needs of clients and maintain our leading position in the market."

Al-Badr pointed out that this license reflects the advanced regulatory environment that supports innovation in the field of investments while ensuring the highest standards of transparency and investor protection.

He explained that regulating digital innovation is a key factor in protecting customers and providing high-quality services.
