Metco Holding Group Company was established with a capital of 2.1 million Kuwaiti Dinars.
Its objectives include investing funds in trading in stocks, bonds, and other securities, owning real estate and movable property necessary to carry out its work within the limits permitted by law, and financing or lending to companies in which it has shares or stocks and guaranteeing them with others.
The company shall carry out the activities in the State of Kuwait and abroad, either as principal or by proxy. The company may carry out similar, complementary, binding or related activities to its purposes.
