Kuwait Medical Services Company held its extraordinary general meeting on Monday, October 21, 2024, and approved amending Article (5) of the Articles of incorporation and Article (4) of its Articles of Association to become as follows:

- Establishing, operating, and managing private hospitals.
- Repairing and maintaining medical devices and equipment.
- Opening and managing a private medical center.
- Importing medicines and medical supplies.
- Studying, implementing, and managing health projects.
- Establishing, operating, and managing a private medical laboratory.
- Buying and selling shares and bonds on behalf of the company.
- Owning real estate and movables for the benefit of the company.
- Warehouses for medicines and medical supplies.
- Wholesale of pharmaceutical and medical goods.
- Wholesale of pharmaceutical and medical products, cosmetics, and toiletries.
- Home health care services.

The company may have an interest or participate in any way with entities that carry out activities similar to its activities or that help it achieve its objectives in Kuwait or abroad, and it may purchase these entities or affiliate them with it.
