The extraordinary General meeting of Gulf Engineering Company, held on October 23, 2024, approved amending Article No. (4) of its Articles of Association regarding the company's objectives, including the following:
- Mechanical works, mechanical installations, and electrical extensions for the company's business.
- repair and maintenance air conditioning and refrigeration devices, air purification.
- production of ventilation.
- openings for central air conditioning, and manufacturing air conditioning ducts and accessories (ducts).
- manufacturing air conditioning duct extensions.
- installing refrigeration and air conditioning systems, extending air conditioning pipes, retail sale of refrigeration and air conditioning devices, refrigeration and air conditioning spare parts, and repair and maintenance of sanitary ware.
