Kuwait Islamic Takaful Insurance Company invited its shareholders who registered in the shareholders' register as of September 23, 2024, to subscribe in increasing its capital by issuing 50,000,000 (fifty million shares), based on the decision of the Extraordinary General meeting on September 23, 2024.
It announced that the subscription period will be from November 10, 2024, to November 25, 2024, and the subscription price is 100 Fils per share.
