The Board of Directors of Rasiyat Holding Company approved the subscription to shares of the increase in the company's ownership percentage in the capital of its subsidiary, Al-Seraj Holding Group, in accordance with the priority right stipulated in Article (12) of the Articles of Association, by depositing the subscription value in a total amount of 1,750,405.160 million Kuwaiti dinars, according to a statement by the Boursa Kuwait today, Thursday.
Rasiyat indicated that the financial impact will be reflected in the company's consolidated financial statements during the fourth quarter of 2024.
