The Board of Directors of AAN Digital Services Holding Company invited its shareholders to attend its extraordinary general meeting scheduled to be held on Thursday, November 14, 2024, at its headquarters, to discuss the future of the company and discuss amending the legal form from AAN Digital Services Holding Company (a public shareholding company) to AAN Digital Services Holding Company (a closed shareholding company).

Also, amending Article (2) of its articles of incorporation and Article (1) of its articles of association so that the text after amendment becomes as follows:
A Kuwaiti shareholding company called AAN Digital Services Holding Company (a closed Kuwaiti shareholding company) was established in accordance with the provisions of the Commercial Companies Law.
