The extraordinary general meeting of Honeywell Kuwait Company, held on Monday, October 21, 2024, approved amending Article No. (2) of the Articles of incorporation and Article No. (4) of its Articles of Association regarding the company's activities, to become as follows:
 
- Security devices and systems, their installation and maintenance.
- Repair and maintenance of measuring, testing, monitoring and control equipment.
- Installation of control equipment in industrial processes.
- Manufacturing electrical switchboards including numerical control panels.
- Repair and maintenance of electrical distribution and control devices.
- Installation of fire alarm systems.
- Installation of theft alarm systems.
- Retail sale of fire-fighting systems and equipment.
- Installation of fire-fighting systems and equipment.
- Installation of emergency lighting and exits.
