The extraordinary general meeting of Tejouri Real Estate Company, held on 2/10 /2024, approved the voluntary liquidation of the company by the total number of attendees who own and represent 96.875% of the company's total capital.

It approved the appointment of Mr. Hisham Nader Hisham Al-Essa as the company's voluntary liquidator to carry out all procedures related to the liquidation work, and to determine his professional fees that the company's liquidator receives at an amount of 3,000 KWD (only three thousand Kuwaiti dinars), and to allow him to seek the assistance of whomever he deems appropriate to assist him in the liquidation work.

The liquidation period was set at one year to complete all work related to the liquidation.
