Al-Seraj Group Holding Company stated that based on the decision of the extraordinary general meeting On October 20, 2024, and approving the increase of its issued and fully paid-up capital from KWD 4,119,871 to KWD 6,000,000 distributed over 60,000,000 shares, by offering 18,801,290 shares with a nominal value of 100 Kuwaiti Fils, it invites its shareholders to subscribe to the increase shares in proportion to their ownership in its capital .
