The Extraordinary General meeting of Al-Ghunaim Trading Limited Company, held on 10/9/2024, approved amending Article (6) of the Articles of incorporation so that the purposes for which the company was established are to do the following:

- Food equipment.
- Food equipment management.
- Restaurant management.
- Food services management.
- Evaluating hot and cold ready meals.
- Collecting, preserving and redistributing surplus food and beverages.
- Providing beverages (coffee shop).
- Hot and cold beverages.
- Buying and selling lands and real estate for the company's account only.
- Buying and selling shares and bonds for the company's account.
- Investing financial surpluses in financial portfolios by investing them in financial portfolios managed by specialized companies and entities.
