Hilal Cement Company announced that it will start distributing its capital reduction by 60% of its issued and fully paid capital, at 100 Kuwaiti Fils per share, starting Tuesday, October 29th, 2024. The reduction will be at the rate of (60 shares for every 100 shares) and will be for shareholders registered in the company’s records on the due date of October 28th, 2024.
