The extraordinary general meeting of Magic Capital Holding Company, which was held on Wednesday, October 2, 2024, approved amending Article No. (5) of the Articles of incorporation and Article No. (4) of its article of association to become as follows:

- Activities of holding companies.
- Managing its subsidiaries or participating in the management of other companies in which it contributes and providing the necessary support to them.
- Investing its funds in trading in stocks, bonds, and other securities.
- Owning real estate and movable property necessary to carry out its work within the limits permitted by law.
- Financing or lending to companies in which it owns shares or stakes and guaranteeing them with others, in which case the holding company's participation in the capital of the borrowing company must not be less than 20%.
- Owning shares for the account of the holding company only.
- Office for the management of holding activities.
