Waterfront Real Estate Company will hold its extraordinary general meeting on Wednesday, November 13, 2024, at its headquarters, to discuss adding a new article, article no 56, to its article of association as follows: 

The meeting may, based on the proposal of the Board of Directors, distribute profits to shareholders at the end of the fiscal year or the end of each financial period (semi-annual or quarterly) and the validity of this distribution requires to be from real profits, in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, and that this distribution does not affect the company's paid-up capital. 

The Extraordinary General meeting may authorize the Board of Directors to distribute interim profits (semi-annual or quarterly) as mentioned above.

It will also discuss amending Article No. (53) of its article on incorporation.

if the legally required quorum for the validity of this meeting is not met, a second meeting of the Ordinary General Assembly will be held in the same place and with the same agenda, on Wednesday, November 27, 2024, and this invitation is considered valid for the second meeting, which is valid regardless of the number of attendees.
