First Securities Brokerage Company (AlOula Wasta) announced the launch of its independent, innovative application, specifically designed to simplify the process of submitting requests for new and existing customers.

This application is the first platform of its kind among brokerage companies in Kuwait, representing a milestone in enhancing the customer experience and operational efficiency of the company.
Using the application, new customers can open trading accounts with the company, and existing customers can update their data without the need to visit the company's headquarters.

The new "Al-Oula Wasata" application allows new customers to open trading accounts with the company, by completing the "Know Your Customer" form, by taking them on a digital journey to fill in their personal information.

The application is equipped with features that enable customers to upload their personal data securely, as well as verify their identity, through the Public Authority for Civil Information.

Upon completion of the application, new customers can submit all documents directly to “AlOula Wasata” for approval, and then begin their online investment journey.

For existing customers, the application provides a convenient and secure way to update basic information periodically in line with regulatory requirements.
