Rasiyat Holding Company announced in a disclosure to the Boursa Kuwait that its subsidiary, which is 93.1% owned by it, Al-Seraj Group Holding Company, approved in its ordinary general meeting held on Sunday, October 20, 2024, the distribution of cash dividends of 53% of the nominal value of the share, at 53 Fils per share, for a total amount of 2,200,000 KWD for the fiscal year ending on August 31, 2024, where Rasiyat Holding Company's share of the distribution process amounts to a total amount of 2,048,206.301 KWD.
