Mina Real Estate Company announced the issuance of a first-degree judgment in a major labor lawsuit in the Kingdom of Bahrain against a subsidiary company, according to a statement by the Boursa Kuwait today, Thursday.
This is related to the lawsuit filed by Shaban Fahad Al-Mutairi against Rasaml Real Estate Development Company, Rasaml Holding Company, a subsidiary of "Mena Real Estate Company ", and Fawaz Adnan Al-Rayes.
