Arabi Holding Group Company announced the issuance of a first instance ruling in the lawsuit filed by its subsidiary Arabi EnerTech Company against Kuwait Oil Company. 

The ruling in the original lawsuit No. 415/2024 rejected it and ordered its plaintiff to pay the expenses and an amount of 300 Kuwaiti dinars as actual attorney fees, secondly in the attached lawsuit No. 1258/2024 to reject it and ordered its plaintiff to pay the expenses and an amount of 300 Kuwaiti dinars as actual attorney fees.

It explained that the ruling is being appealed within the legal deadlines, and (Arabi Enertech) demanded in the lawsuit to settle the account and appoint an expert in preparation for obligating the defendant (Kuwait Oil) to pay what the experts' report reveals.
