Bayan Holding Company will hold its next ordinary general meeting on 10/24/2024, to discuss the following agenda items: 

-Hearing the reports of the Board of Directors and the company's auditor, the reports of the Sharia Supervisory Board and the violations and penalties issued by the competent regulatory authorities (if any).

- hearing the report on transactions that took place with related parties for the fiscal year ending on December 31, 2023, and transactions that will take place with related parties for the next fiscal year and approving it.

- discuss the company's consolidated final financial statements for the fiscal year ending on December 31, 2023, and approve them.

- discuss the Board of Directors' recommendation not to pay financial bonuses to the members of the Board of Directors, and to release them and discharge them from liability regarding their legal, financial, and administrative actions for the fiscal year ending on December 31, 2023.

- discuss the appointment or reappointment of the company's auditor and the Sharia Supervisory Board for the fiscal year that will end On December 31, 2024, and authorizing the Board of Directors to determine their fees.
