this termination does not exempt Al-Fouz Investment Company or Abdullah Ahmed Al-Aiban, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company or its Board of Directors from any current or future legal liability , related to contracts concluded with its clients or related to the process of handing over their funds and assets to them or to those related to holding, managing or preserving them towards Al-Fouz Investment Company clients or others.
