Khabary Holding Company's extraordinary general meeting (postponed) held on 9/9/2024, agreed to reduce the authorized, issued and paid-up capital from 20 million Kuwaiti dinars to 13.1 million dinars, by extinguishing all accumulated losses as of December 31, 2023, amounting to 6.8 million Kuwaiti dinars.

And it approved the amendment of Article (6) of the Articles of Association and Article (5) of its Articles of Association:

The authorized, issued and paid-up capital of the company was set at KWD 13,168,979 (thirteen million, one hundred and sixty-eight thousand, nine hundred and seventy-nine Kuwaiti Dinars) distributed over 131,689,790 shares (one hundred and thirty-one million, six hundred and eighty-nine thousand, seven hundred and ninety shares), the value of each share is 100 Kuwaiti fills, and all shares are in cash.
