The Extraordinary General meeting of  Al-Hayat College Educational Services Company, held on 9/30/2024, approved reducing the company's authorized and issued capital from 8 million Kuwaiti dinars to 6.8 million Kuwaiti dinars, by 1.1 million Kuwaiti dinars, which is the unpaid capital, due to the passage of more than 5 years since the capital increase.

It approved amending Article No. (6) of the Articles of incorporation and Article No. (5) of the company's Articles of Association to become as follows:

The company's authorized, issued and paid capital was set at 6,806,820 KWD (only six million eight hundred and six thousand eight hundred and twenty Kuwaiti dinars) distributed over 68,068,200 million shares, each share is worth 100 fills, and all shares are cash.
