- Hearing the Board of Directors' report on the company's activity and financial position for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023, and approving and ratifying it.
- Hearing the company's auditor's report for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023, and approving and ratifying it.
- Hearing the company's Sharia Supervisory Board's report for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023, and approving and ratifying it.
- Discussing the company's consolidated final financial statements for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023, and approving and ratifying it.
- Hearing the report on violations and penalties issued by the competent regulatory authorities (and responding to them, if any).
- Discussing the Board of Directors' recommendation not to pay financial rewards to members of the Board of Directors for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023.
- Hearing the report on transactions that took place with related parties for the fiscal year ending on December 31, 2023, and transactions that will take place with related parties for the next fiscal year and approving and ratifying it.
- Discussing the release of the members of the Board of Directors and their discharge from liability regarding their legal, financial and administrative actions for the fiscal year ending on December 31, 2023.
- Discussing the appointment or reappointment of the company's auditor for the fiscal year that will end on December 31, 2024, and authorizing the Board of Directors to determine his fees.
