The next ordinary general meeting of Kuwait Motoring School for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023, which will be held on 10/13/2024, will discuss the follows: 

-  the reports of the Board of Directors and the Auditor.
- discussing and approving the financial statements for the year 2023.
- discuss approving the Board of Directors’ recommendation not to distribute dividends for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023.
- hearing the reports of penalties and violations issued by the regulatory authorities and transactions that took place with related parties in 2023, and authorizing the Board of Directors to deal with related parties during the fiscal year ending in 2024.
- discuss approving the Board of Directors’ recommendation to grant a bonus to the members of the Board of Directors for the year ending in 2023 in the total amount of 5,000 KWD, and to release them and absolve them from all matters related to their legal, financial and administrative actions for the fiscal year ending on December 31, 2023.
- appointing or reappointing the auditor for the fiscal year ending on December 31, 2024, and authorizing the Board of Directors to determine his fees.
The company noted that if the legal quorum for the meeting is not completed, the second meeting will be held to discuss the same agenda on Monday, October 21, 2024, at the company's headquarters without the need to issue a new invitation.
