The Extraordinary General Assembly of Kuwait Islamic Takaful Insurance Company, held on 9/23/2024, approved amending Article (5) of the Articles of incorporation and Article (4) of its Articles of Association regarding the purposes for which it was established to become as follows:

- The purposes of the company shall be as shown below:

• provided that all transactions of the company are subject to the provisions of the law in accordance with the provisions of Islamic Sharia and in a manner that does not conflict with the laws and organizing decisions.

• Takaful insurance other than life and the formation of funds, the company shall have the right to directly carry out the activities in the State of Kuwait and abroad, and it may purchase these entities or affiliate them with them.
