Hilal Cement Company started distributing cash dividends of 33% to its shareholders today, Monday, September 30, 2024.

The company held an ordinary and extraordinary general meeting on Tuesday, September 24, 2024, and discussed in its ordinary general meeting the recommendation of its board of directors to distribute interim cash dividends to shareholders at a rate of 33% of the nominal value of the share (33 fills per share) and a total amount of 990,000 Kuwaiti dinars.

These distributions are due to shareholders registered in the company's records on the date of approval by the General meeting and the competent authorities.

It also discussed in its extraordinary general meeting, reducing its capital from 3 million Kuwaiti dinars to 1,200,000 Kuwaiti dinars divided into 12 million shares with a nominal value of 100 fills per share.
