The Extraordinary General Assembly of Al Mashora & Al Rayah for Financial and Islamic Consulting (postponed) held on 7/2/2024, approved amending Article (5) of the Articles of incorporation and Article (4) of its Articles of Association regarding the company's objectives, as follows: 

-    The objectives for which the company was established are: 

Sharia consultations, external Sharia review and auditing, market research and opinion polls, and management and organization of exhibitions and conferences.
The company shall directly carry out the aforementioned activities in the State of Kuwait and abroad, either as an original or by proxy. The company may have an interest or participate in any way with entities that carry out activities similar to its activities or that may assist it in achieving its objectives in the State of Kuwait or abroad. It may establish, participate, or purchase these entities or affiliate them with it.
