The extraordinary general assembly of United Dana Fisheries Company, held on 9/8/2024, agreed to amend the company's purposes according to Article (5) of the Articles of incorporation, and Article (4) of its Articles of Association to be as follows: The purposes for which the company was established are:

- Wholesale fish products.
- Retail sale of food products.
- Warehouses of refrigerated and frozen goods, cold stores.
- Restaurant, cafeteria, and grilled fish and seafood restaurant.
- Providing hot and cold meals.
- Food equipment.
- Selling shares and bonds on behalf of the company.
- Exploiting the company's financial surpluses by investing them in portfolios managed by partners and specialized entities.
- Buying and selling land and real estate on behalf of the company.
- Owning real estate and movables for the benefit of the company.
- Food packaging and wrapping works.
- Preserving fish and fish products by canning.
- Cutting and cleaning fish and marine life, and a fish market.
- Retail sale of fish and other seafood and their products.
