Moya Real Estate Project Management Company held its extraordinary general assembly on Monday, August 12, 2024, and approved the reduction of the authorized, issued and paid-up capital from KWD 1,100,000 to KWD 330,000, and agreed to amend Article No. (6) of the Articles of incorporation, and Article No. (5) of its Articles of Association, as follows: The authorized, issued and paid-up capital of the company is set at KWD 330,000 (only three hundred and thirty thousand Kuwaiti dinars only) distributed over 3,300,000 shares (only three million three hundred thousand shares only) the value of each share is 100 fills, shares (cash and in-kind).
