Arabi Holding Company announced that its 73% subsidiary, Arabi EnerTech Company, has renewed three Murabahas covered by a banking facilities contract with a local bank worth 18,115,373 Kuwaiti dinars only, after paying part of the Murabaha principal and its profits, and they all end on December 15, 2024.
"Arabi Holding" noted that all the mentioned Murabahas are within the facilities contract whose limits end on 10/30/2025.
The financial impact of this is represented in the reclassification of current and non-current liabilities.
