The extraordinary general assembly of Orient Educational Services Company, scheduled to be held on Thursday, October 3, 2024, discusses amending Article No. (5) of the Articles of incorporation and Article (4) of its Articles of Association, so that the proposed text after amendment becomes as follows:

- Kindergarten Schools Management.
- School management.
- Opening and establishing schools.
- Opening and establishing private institutes.
- Establishing private universities and colleges.
- Managing higher institutes.
- Managing vocational training centers.
- Managing private training institutes.
- Training and education consulting services.
- Investing financial surpluses in financial portfolios by investing them in financial portfolios managed by specialized companies and entities.

All the company's purposes are practiced in accordance with the provisions of Islamic Sharia.

The company shall directly conduct the aforementioned activities in the State of Kuwait and abroad, either as an original or by proxy, and the company may have an interest or participate in any way with entities that carry out activities similar to its activities or that may assist it in achieving its purposes in Kuwait or abroad, and it may establish, participate, purchase or affiliate these entities.
