According to a statement by Arabi Holding Company to the Boursa today, Tuesday, the date of 4/12/2024 has been set to consider the lawsuit filed against "Kuwait Oil", which is related to the request to appoint an expert; In preparation for obligating the latter to release the performance guarantee, pay a number of invoices for the completed work whose value has not been paid, compensate for those damages and settle the account for the contract (No. 13050623) for pipeline repair work in the northern areas of Kuwait.

Regarding the lawsuit filed against the "National Petroleum", January 9, 2025, has been set to be considered, noting that its subject is related to a request to appoint an expert, in preparation for obligating the "National Petroleum" to compensate for the damages resulting from its causing delay in the project work.
