The extraordinary General Assembly of United Facilities Management Company, which was held on 29/8/2024, approved amending Article (5) of the Articles of incorporation and Article (4) of its Articles of Association as follows:
The purposes for which the company was established are:
- Managing the properties of others.
- Managing and leasing owned and rented properties and managing facilities.
- Facility security services.
- installing fire alarm systems.
- installing fire alarm systems.
- installing burglar alarm systems.
- general building cleaning services.
- building maintenance services and mechanical works.
- repair and maintenance of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment, and air purification.
- Services for installing, repairing, building, adjusting, and monitoring private security devices, electrical installations, general construction of residential and non-residential buildings.
- renovations of residential and non-residential buildings, and general cleaning contracting for buildings, cities and roads.
- Buying and selling lands and real estate for the company's account only, real estate consultations.
- managing and organizing exhibitions and conferences.
- investing financial interests in financial portfolios by specialized companies and entities.
- owning real estate and properties for the benefit of the company.
- installing fire-fighting systems and equipment.
- installing emergency lighting and exits.
The company may directly carry out the activities in the State of Kuwait and abroad, either as an original or by proxy.
The company may have an interest or participate in any way with entities that carry out activities like its activities or that may assist it in achieving its objectives in Kuwait or abroad.
It may establish, participate in, purchase, or affiliate these entities, after the approval of the competent authorities.
