The United Warehousing and Refrigeration Company held its extraordinary general assembly on Thursday, August 29, 2024, and agreed to add Article No. (54) to its Articles of Association and articles of incorporation, as follows: 

- The company may, based on the proposal of the Board of Directors and the approval of the Ordinary General Assembly, distribute interim profits over semi-annual or quarterly periods. 
The validity of this distribution requires that they be real profits in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, and it is required that the distribution does not affect the paid-up capital. 

The Ordinary General Assembly may authorize the Board of Directors, without affecting the paid-up capital of the company, to distribute the interim profits of the company as mentioned above, after the approval of the competent authorities.
