The MENA Capital Holding Company approved amending Article (43) of its Articles of Association during the Extraordinary General Assembly meeting held on Thursday, August 22, 2024, to become as follows:
The company’s fiscal year begins on January 1 and ends on December 31 of each year, with the exception of the first fiscal year of the amendment, which begins on April 1, 2024 and ends on December 1, 2025.
