The Extraordinary General Assembly of Gulf Glass Manufacturing Company, held on 8/18/2024, approved amending Article No. (14) of its Articles of Association to become as follows:
The company's board of directors shall be headed by a board consisting of (3) persons, any entity may appoint representatives on the board of directors and the General Assembly shall elect the remaining members by secret ballot.
