Liquidator Hussein Abdullah Johar, in his capacity as the legal liquidator of Tabarak International Real Estate Group, announced to its shareholders that the date for its ordinary and extraordinary general assembly will be set for Thursday, September 19, 2024, to discuss the fiscal year ending in 2021 at 10:00 am, the fiscal year ending in 2022 at 10:30 am, the fiscal year ending in 2023 at 11:00 am, and the extraordinary general assembly at 11:30 am on the day of the meeting.
