Al-Zad Company for Financial and Economic Consulting held its extraordinary general assembly on 8/25/2024, and approved amending Article No. (5) of the Articles of incorporation and Article (4) of its Articles of Association, as follows: 

The purposes for which the company was established are: 
-    administrative and economic consulting.
-     providing and preparing technical, economic, evaluative studies and environmental studies.
-    managing and organizing exhibitions and conferences.
-    owning real estate and movable property to carry out its work within the limits permitted by law.
-    selling and buying shares and bonds on behalf of the company.
 These recommendations are subject to the approval of the competent authorities.
