Ahli Capital Investment Company, the investment arm of the AL Ahli Bank of Kuwait (ABK), has launched a new investment portfolio, targeting investment in the diversified real estate ownership asset class, mainly in the United States of America, by investing in a diverse group of funds, managed by the best international investment managers.

The assets of this portfolio are concentrated in the US real estate asset and provide relatively less exposure to a group of European markets and the real estate debt asset, so that this provides diversified exposure to the real estate asset in general, reduces the risks of the portfolio and contributes to achieving its objectives.

This portfolio, unlike the prevailing investment solutions in the local market, which invest in a single real estate asset or a limited group of real estate properties, provides broad exposure to a large group of properties in different real estate sectors, and has been designed to provide exposure to the relatively better sectors in the real estate asset in general, especially in the US real estate asset category.

Considering the current economic conditions, the portfolio currently focuses, for example, more on sectors such as:
-The multi-family residential real estate sector.
-the logistics real estate sector.
- the data storage center sector.
- limits exposure to commercial sectors such as office real estate.
- retail centers sectors.
Noting that this focus and these exposures may change with changes in global market conditions, so that the portfolio continues to provide the most appropriate exposure in different economic cycles, as its manager deems appropriate.
