The restructuring of the Board of Directors of Rasameel Investment Company has been completed and elect the former Minister of Commerce and Industry, Abdullah Al-Jouan, as Chairman of the Board of Directors by acclamation, and elect Gerard Snabian as Vice Chairman, in continuation of the company's policy based on continuing to strengthen the company's entity to be a key player in supporting the local economy.
Al-Jouan has extensive experience in the financial and investment sectors, as he previously held a few leadership positions in the private and public sectors, the last of which was Minister of Commerce and Industry in the previous government formation.
On this occasion, Al-Jouan expressed his pride in being elected as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company, saying, "I will be keen to cooperate with the Board of Directors and the executive management in order to achieve the aspirations of all those dealing with us in the future and to develop our plans at all levels."
For his part, the company's CEO, Dakheel Al-Dakheel, said that the election of Al-Jouan as Chairman of the Board of Directors, comes considering the renewal plan that Rasameel Investment continues to work on, and its keenness to attract the best competencies within its scope of work.
Al-Dakhil added that Al-Ju’an’s extensive experience will be able to accelerate strategic plans to push the company's future towards more successes in the future.
