The Board of Directors of Orient Education Services Company issued a decision on August 28, 2024, to call for an increase its issued and paid-up capital , based on the approvement of the Extraordinary General Assembly which was held on July 16, 2024, from an amount of (2,983,976 KWD) to (5,000,000) KWD, an increase of (2,016,024 KWD) with a value of 100 fills per share, in total and in one payment by issuing and allocating 20,160,240 shares with a nominal value of 100 fills.

The shareholders were invited to subscribe to the shares of the increase in their ownership percentage in the company's capital, in accordance with the priority right stipulated in Article 12 of its Articles of Association within a period of 15 days from September 8, 2024.
