The next general assembly of Khabary Holding Company, scheduled to be held on Monday, September 2, 2024, will discuss the approval of reducing its authorized, issued and paid-up capital from KWD 20,000,000 to KWD 13,168,979, by extinguishing all accumulated losses as of December 31, 2023, amounting to KWD 6,831,021. 

It will also discuss the approval of amending Article No. (6) of its articles of incorporation and Article No. (5) of its articles of Association, so that its text after amendment becomes as follows:

 The authorized, issued and paid-up capital of the company is set at KWD 13,168,979 distributed over 131,689,790, each share is worth 100 Kuwaiti fills and all shares are in cash. This is after the approval of the competent authorities.

"Khabary" also discusses the approval to change its name to "Arouj International Holding” and discusses the approval to amend Article No. (2) of its articles of incorporation and Article No. (1) of its Articles of Association.
