Arabi Holding Group Company OTC 779 announced the issuance of an appeal ruling in favor of its subsidiary (Arabi Enertech company) in a lawsuit to appoint an expert and settle an account, including a plea of invalidity of the contracting contract.

According to a statement by the Boursa Kuwait, the appeal ruling decided to accept the two appeals in form, and in substance to reject them and uphold the appealed ruling and obligated each appellant to pay the expenses of her appeal and the set-off of the actual attorney fees.

On April 30, "Arabi Holding" announced the issuance of a first-degree ruling accepting the Public Investment Authority's intervention in the lawsuit in form and invalidating the subcontracting contract between the plaintiff and the first defendant on January 1, 2017, and obligating the first defendant to pay the plaintiff an amount of 2.70 million Kuwaiti dinars and obligating her to pay the appropriate expenses and an amount of 1,000 Kuwaiti dinars for the actual attorney fees.
