The General Assembly of OTC 1023 Magic Capital Holding Company agreed to amend Article No. 25 of its Articles of Association to become as follows:
The Board of Directors has the broadest powers to manage the company and carry out all the work required to manage the company in accordance with its purposes, and this authority is not limited except by what is stipulated by the law or this system or the decisions of the General Assembly.
