Tijaria Real Estate Company announced in a statement to the Boursa Kuwait yesterday that an insider in the company represented by AlSalmiya Group for Enterprise Development Company purchased KD 300 thousand worth of its shares. 

The company announced that a deal was finalized on August 19, 2024, at a price of 150.2 fils per share, resulting in a total transaction value of KD 45.05 thousand. 

According to the company, the post-transaction balance of securities is 15.26 million shares.  

It is important to note that "Al-Tijaria" has a capital of 184.07 million dinars, distributed across 1.84 billion shares, each with a nominal value of 100 fils. 

Additionally, Al-Tijaria Real Estate reported a significant profit increase of 53.23% in the second quarter of 2024, totaling 5.84 million dinars, up from 3.81 million dinars in the same quarter of 2023.
