MENA Real Estate announced in a statement to the Boursa Kuwait today, Tuesday, the issuance of a cassation ruling in favor of Rasmal Holding Company, approving the request to suspend the implementation of a ruling, related to the financial claim lawsuit between "Rasmal" and KFIC Brokerage Company, in which the appeal ruling was issued to cancel the appealed ruling and obligate "Rasmal" to pay KD 6,615,475 to "KFIC", and an amount of (500 Kuwaiti dinars) for actual attorney fees for the two levels of litigation, and rejecting all other requests.
MENA noted in its statement today that the financial impact of this decision cannot be determined now.
