The Board of Directors of City Group Company announced the commencement of the distribution of semi-annual cash dividends to shareholders, starting from Wednesday, August 21, 2024.  

These dividends pertain to the financial period which ended on June 30, 2024, and will be distributed at a rate of 9.5% (9.5 fils per share), following the Board of Directors’ decision on July 25, 2024, and the approval of the Ordinary General Assembly of Shareholders held on March 14, 2024.   

Cash dividends will be transferred to the bank accounts of shareholders who are registered in the company’s records as of August 15, 2024, through the electronic transfer service provided by Kuwait Clearing Company.   

For shareholders who have not registered for the electronic transfer service for dividend distribution or for any inquiries related to the dividends, shareholders are invited reach out to Kuwait Clearing Company for assistance.
