The extraordinary general assembly of NCM Investment Company, held on July 30th, 2024, approved amending Article No. 5 of the Articles of incorporation and Article 6 of its Articles of Association to comply with the international classification activities in force with the Ministry of Commerce and Industry and will as follows the amendment: 

Financing services. 

Buying and selling stocks and bonds on behalf of the company. 

Providing brokerage services in direct trading FX, metals and commodities for individuals and companies outside the State of Kuwait. 

Investment portfolio manager. 

Securities broker not registered on the stock exchange. 

Owning real estate and movable property for the benefit of the company. 

Investing financial surpluses in financial portfolios by investing them in financial portfolios managed by specialized companies and entities. 

The company may engage in similar, complementary or necessary activities related to its purposes.  

The company may directly carry out the activities in the State of Kuwait and abroad, either as a principal or by proxy. 

 The company may have an interest or participate in any way with entities that engage in activities similar to its activities or that may assist it in achieving its purposes in the State of Kuwait or abroad and it may establish, participate in, purchase or affiliate these entities.
